One of the founding members of the Martyrs, Toisin, along with Kagan and Moibur, were banished for a string of muggings that took place in the merchants quarters over a period of 3 years. Despite never getting caught in the act, the three were finally exiled when Kagan attempted to pawn a piece of jewelry to a pawn shop associated with the noble house Moibur stole it from a week prior.
