The most untimely passing of Issillic hit the team hard, after playing in every single match for the team's first 45 fixtures he was thought to be unbreakable. In his final game he was pushed to the limit carrying the entire weight of the team on his shoulders, after successfully running half the field through a mob of chaos dwarves single-handedly he put the ball in the end zone to take the team 1-0 up. Next half he was called upon again, on a crucial defensive play with every last shred of fire within him he busted through a centaur and a hardened dwarf guarder to deliver a stunning blow upon the ball carrier sending him flying into the tough pitch - effectively disabling their scoring ability for that drive. The team went on to achieve a magnificent victory although sadly once the game was all but wrapped up, a centaur with a grudge came in to deliver a surprise blow to a much weakened Issillic, easily overpowering him.. driving his hardened stubs into Issillic's left temple as he lay hapless on the pitch, eventually giving in to a brain contusion. A set of limited edition memorial necklaces bearing the team's emblem have been carved from pieces of Issillic's horns, these have been issued to the team with a few remaining to be auctioned off at a special remembrance dinner.
