Sarraflark Warpstein was bullied at school for his short wiry frame and his inability to string more than a few words together.
But Warpstein was smarter than his tormentors believed and was secretly a very studious and intelligent man. His love of learning drew him to the study of Warpstone and the scars suffered at the hands of his childhood tormentors pushed him on into some very unethical scientific trials.
Many a dead rat, dog and occasional human later, and Warpstein had concocted a warpstone regimen with powerful but unpredictable effects.
He became powerful, strong and his body broke and healed stronger many a time through the process but the warpstone madness began to set in too. Before the final stages of the madness set in, he sought out his bullies and slew them one by one at nightfall, rendering their limbs apart.
Then he fled to the wastelands, knowing the authorities would have him killed for his crimes. There he was found by wandering chaos nomad marauders who, after he he had proven himself by slaying four of their number, accepted him as one of their own. They introduced him to blood bowl, a sport he had previously been too puny to even consider, and he discovered he had many talents in this game. His warpstone addiction makes him unpredictable on the pitch but his fury and violent output have made him a fan favourite..,
