An ogre was a normal living creature, usually human, but often seen as another species, that have been seduced by the power offered to them by the great demon-god Cacodemon. In return for the proper rituals, the sacrifices, and the prayers, the creature recieves great strength and power from cacodemon. A human ogre is extremely beautiful, strong, healthy and charismatic... in their fake human form that is. When they attack or perform their demonic rituals, they have their true look, horrible looking creature with huge mouths and teeth. ogres must eat flesh from their own species in order to keep their dark gift.
