Dumu-zi-abzu is one of the original members of the team. Despite the chosen name (he's supposed to be the God of Vegetation) he's regarded as a dangerous, violent psychopath. So of course he's one of the most beloved members of the team and the designated fouler. He's also one of the two hobgoblins who never acts as the team whipping boy, mostly because no other hobgoblin dares to tell him what to do.
He recorded the first kill of the team, slaying an elf lineman during the third match of the Annunakis.
The career of this vicious Hoboblin was cut short when he broke his collar bone against Zeroes to Heroes. Since there was no sign of possible recovery, the management opted to sack him, much to the delight of the other hobgoblins that took the chance to exact vengeance.
