Olive is a dependable linewoman, standing firm against those who would do St. Nicholas harm. She does however, have one glaring flaw: crippling insanity. Olive fully believes she is a reindeer, pointing to the famous song line "all of (Olive) the other reindeer" as proof. Despite her many eccentricities, not least of these being grazing, St. Nicholas loves this troubled elf on his team.
