One of the most talented quarterbacks ever seen in college football, Fu Chow star Laumiel Maoshi has been training for this role since birth. Born into one of Cathay's wealthiest merchant families, Laumiel is the son of Earuviel Maoshi, owner of Maoshi Golden Horizon Fabrics. The elder Maoshi is a fervent Blood Bowl fan, and decided that his son should earn glory playing the game. To this end, he hired the finest trainers to teach young Laumiel the fine points of Blood Bowl. After his studies, he would spend hours and hours practicing throwing, catching, running and blocking with the Blood Bowl stars of the previous generation. Thankfully, Laumiel's aptitude for the game proved to be as strong as his father's desire, and he arrived at Fu Chow University as a highly touted prospect.
