Flamewalker got an ageing niggle on his fourth skill and an av drop in a violent game shortly after, but he still refuses to retire. First he claimed he wanted to fulfil the training of his young apprentice <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=1262825">Starflinger</a>, but nowadays Starflinger is far from a rookie.
Flamewalker still refuses to quit, however, and other team members have long suspected that he simply wishes death on the pitch as a final sacrifice to his team. The coach has tried to assist Flamewalker in his death wish, placing him on the LoS and sacrificing him as a block magnet, but he just won't die either. Now he has even learned how to block, so only Nuffle knows when we'll get rid of this guy!

Sadly enough Flamewalker did not get to die on the pitch. Instead he was retired along with superstar catcher <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=1253632">Sunspinner</a> in the big reorganisation of the team after its 51st game.
