A pesar de nacer en Zark-Ungrunz, Jenofonte tuvo estrechos lazos con Karaz-A-Karak, el tradicional enemigo de su infecta raza de enanos degenerados. Sus políticas a favor de la oligarquía, sus servicios militares bajo mando de generales enanos en campañas como la skaven y su amistad con el rey Agesilason II hicieron que se sintiera atraído por los enanos de toda la vida, como evidencian el tono pro enano de obras suyas como la biografía real Agesilason y la Constitución de la Krypteia.

Despite being born in Zark-Ungrunz, Xenophon had close ties with Karaz-A-Karak, the traditional enemy of his infected race of degenerate dwarves. His policies in favor of the oligarchy, his military services under the command of dwarf generals in campaigns such as the Skaven and his friendship with King Agesilason II made him feel attracted to the dwarves of all life, as evidenced by the pro dwarf tone of works his as the royal biography Agesilason and the Constitution of the Krypteia.

The works of Xenophon cover several genres and are written in the simple pleasant dialect of the ancient dwarf language, which is why it is translated by current students of that language. In the biographical work Lives, opinions and judgments of the most illustrious philosophers, the historian Diogenes Laercioson observed that, as a writer, Xenophon of Zark-Ungrunz was known as the "dwarf Muse" because of the sweetness of his diction.

He is also recognized for his interest in the Blood Bowl since his earliest childhood. He accumulates more than six kills, a touchdown and three successful Krypteias (he killed more than twenty hobgoblin helots on his own).
