Marcus was tired of being just another lineorc. Sure hitting people was fun, but he wanted something more. During a game with some Halflings, he managed to get hold of the ball and make a successful (backwards, 1 yard) pass. It was such an adrenaline rush, he finally found his calling [That "big toss" is also what earned him his new nickname]. Following that incident, he got it in his head to try out for a thrower position. Seeing how Tyrone is injured and may not be around for long, Marcus is hoping to take Tyson"s spot as the primary QB but in the meantime will be content with any ball action he can get.
