Book 1

Chapter I, Verse XVI

Sancho had seemed to be an Inquisitor like any other. He had attempted to pass the Holy Ball of Slantioch unto his fellow Brothers but always fell short of this goal. Initially it seemed he may yet be redeemed yet... However... it was suspicious that he failed the crucial pass to which would have dealt the Frodless a mighty blow, which resulted in the first crusades failure. The Order began to suspect that his allegiances lie elsewhere.

Chapter II, Verse I

It had been made all too clear by the time of the second crusade... Sancho was a traitor. He had cost the Inquisition their first Crusade by deliberately failing to deliver the Holy ball of Slantioch to Brother Francisco. Now he tried to sabotage the second Crusade by reducing our first Sacred Leap to a poor stumble across the Sacred Field, even going so far as to give the enemy our Holy Ball. If it had not been for Brother Hernando we would have lost the initial skirmish. His heresy will stay his feet when the Lord, Frod, calls down to his chosen to leap up and take their place alongside him.

The only question that remains is how do we deal with such untrustworthy and heretical members of our Holy Order? With swift justice. That is how.

Chapter II, Verse XI

Sancho was sent to engage the enemy across the Sacred Field, although unbeknownst to him he would be alone and unsupported. His orders were to engage the Halfmen without hesitation and it was here that we had arranged for his righteous demise to ensue. The Halflings smashed Sancho to the ground, his cries were heard across the Sacred Field as they crushed his body under foot. it was a symphony of truth, the only truth, Frods truth... traitors shall know thy price in blood. We sent our apothecary to Sancho's side and although he made a convincing show, he did nothing to aid Sancho's condition, except to prolong his agony.

The Inquisition has been dealt a mighty blow, but that is our cross to bear. Our enemies strike at us with conviction as they know we are the truth, and they will do anything to prevent the truth from washing over their corrupted souls. Sancho was the first in our Holy Order to feel our wrath. He will not be the last...
