Recruited from the U-Dub Elfskies in game #1 of Big Beast Conference play in NCBB Season #33, where Cade "The Blade" Otton was a rookie high elf lineman. Cade "The Blade" Otton was recruited by Andrei "The Brick" Romerez in the second half. Given a jersey and a dixie cup of beer, and transferred to UTEP as a Developmental Biology major specializing in Teratology, the lad has a bright future now at the University of Texas at El Paso.

After a particularly brutal game against the FlaSt Delfinoles, Cade "The Blade" Otton has announced that he would be retiring from Blood Bowl to concentrate on his studies. Cade started his carrier with the U-Dub Elfskies, but was encouraged to switch to UTEP after learning of their superior research in Teratology. He has been an asset to the team ever since, not just because of the full development of his latent natural blades from his forearms.
"They were always there," said Otton in a Season 33 interview, "I was just encouraged to keep them covered so the ref didn't see them." His teammates, however, never let him forget that he was different. "I got to let the fans see the real me when I got to El Paso."
"In the classroom, I'm starting to understand why I am the way I am. It is my hope that I'll be able to control the changes in my body and control what happens in the bodies of my children. I think focusing on my studies is the best way for me to get there. I'll never forget my time with the team, and wish them all the luck."
