As a son of the Old Baron and the Old Baroness, this baron has inherited his title, yet proven his bravery and heroism many times.
When half-orcs destroyed the Baron's helmet, Baron Echart found it easier to see his opponents. He's been playing without a helmet ever since, the lower AV compensated by better vision and higher hit percentage in the blocking game.

LEGEND
Once, this baron, answering to the count's orders, accompanied on a visit to the crown prince to inspect the building of a bridge. Lead by the crown prince, the younger prince, with 45 peasants under his command, were building a bridge to cross a stream in the forest. When they were done, the count were asked to issue a decree, stating that the bridge would work both ways. The baron new they would have to consult the duke and told the count that the duke was away on crusade.
