Abbaye de Fontenaye used to earn his living in the real estate business, by selling houses or apartments that were either in a horrible state, or not for sale at all. After closing a multi-million deal with an order of monks (all they got was a hole in the ground with a few rocks in the middle), Abbaye was struck by lightning as soon as he went outside.
