This is a wise man. The thing is, his wisdom gets blocked out when he talks because he only seems to be able to give advice in Confucius type sentences, and it ends up not being very helpful. If you try to get any information from him, he even makes you have to beat him at a game of his choosing, (usually patris or patong) and if you lose, he will not yield any information to you. Thank god, in the end, the one you should be worried about ends up decapitating him and then electrocuting him until he gives him the password to the wifi.
