Wane was the local chainsaw murderer. He had originally planned on beginning a career as a politician when he died. However his numerous cold blooded murders disqualified him by technicality (One cannot artificially increase their voting block while planning their candidacy). This disqualification is celebrated by everyone in the Numb Brains, because it granted them their only player who excelled at their position before they died.
