The first person from his village to ever attend university, Uwe is a talented athlete and scholar. No one knows where his fees are coming from although he is now an orphan after the disappearance of his entire family in mysterious circumstances. Interestingly his village is halfway between St Martin and Drakenhoff, leading to allegations that Von Carstein may have stopped there for a snack.
