After Stiff:s first games the head coach of Boomers considered firing him from the team. Stiff had managed to screw up 4 offensive plays in the first two games on his own. He fumbled balls, he slipped on the grass without any opponents nearby and so on. After these two games the head coach recruited a new Gutter runner and this actually helped Stiff who now played like a true gutter - a quick, pacy and agile game without respect. Stiff is now a big hero among the Boomers fans, a potent threat in offense as well as an irritating defender.
