I am not one who has dalliances with mortals. I have lived in the shadows nearly all of my immortal life, which to me is more fitting than to keep company with the world of men. This life I have is not causing me endless sorrow, I have known no other for so long now that I do not dwell on what I do not have. I was a warrior as a mortal, this may account for my disposition to be stern, aloof, and not easily give in to close associations with others. I lived as a Druid Priest, but we were in truth warriors, not simple men of prayer.
