A troubled soul, Cheryl never really fit in with the Hippies. A player ahead of her time, she added defensive flair to a team that had a defence with more holes than the Australian Open. Worn down by age, Cheryl could have played on, but due to salary restriction she was cut at the same time as the Flying Monkey and Benny Doesntwash. Whether this move by management was brave or foolhardy, only time will tell.
