Ceebeedee was drugged and put into magical hibernation by the skink priests for the journey from the Lizardmen homelands. Before each game he hoots a wailing call of loneliness for his home so far away. It is distracting to the opposition to have such a large beast so obviously upset and ready to take it out on anyone he can get his hands on. Cee is quite bright for a Kroxigor, but his wailing and keening has the same effect as the stupidity of his brethren.
