I can't remember the actual name of the game, it's been so bloody long. Might have been "Major League Baseball." I should look it up.
Growing up, we never had an Atari. For an awful long time, I was so painfully envious of all my 2600-endowed friends. I could play Space Invaders and Pitfall for hours... just becase. It was a video game.
Then we got the Intellivision and I got the last laugh. Intellivision baseball made the Atari version look like a complete joke. For a brief period of time, I got to be the envy of my friends. Life was good.
Then came the Commodore 64 and the NES. My reign of geekdom was over. For the time being...
