COD: "Volunteered" to play for the Blacksouls.
Injury Report:
In game 21, a mummy tackled Imprecate and crushed his foot as he was standing back up. We decided this was a minor injury, not realizing that he will have to shuffle across the field (well, more than usual) for the rest of his career.
Missed game 22 due to his injury in game 21.
Why we didn't re-re-animate him:
In game 26, against the Paladins of Purple, Imprecate was disemboweled (for the 27th time in his career) by a clawed chaos warrior. We would have just put the parts back in (as we do after every pre-game zombie disemboweling), but the warrior had already drawn Imprecate's soul out of the body. Unlike the chaos gods, Mr. Deathmoore doesn't have a jar of souls readily avaliable to place into his zombie shells. They are expensive you know... and there were no willing sacrifices after teh game, as the Blacksouls have been losing popularity with the masses recently.
