"Mean Bob" as he is known by the inmates, is a chef in the Dust Bowl Prison. Anyone that insults his cooking "skills" has a black eye or a broken arm by the end of the day. The ex-convict hoped this attitude would serve him well on the pitch, so after a brief discussion and a gift of new cooking utensils, Mean Bob plays as a linebacker with the team, and also serves as an on-the-road cook.
