It's not so much his quick feet that give "Fast" Eddie Swiftstream his nickname, though he does manage the 100 yard dash in a respectable sub-20 second time. (Respectable for a halfling, that is.) It's the speed at which his pocket money vanishes. Not that he's a gambler, but that he often bribes the judges, giving him one of the best MVP/game ratios in the league!
