Although somewhat hampered by an old injury that won't quite heal,
Gerhardt's high dexterity and nimble fingers make him a valued
asset to the team.
Sadly, after only 10 games on the team Gerhardt decided to end his
career. Although the team has no no-niggler policy Gerhardt felt that
he would never be able to go as far as he had wanted with the injury
and he would only be stopping new talents from the chance to prove
themselves. He will, however, stay on the team as an assistant coach.
