Gnaw turned to the darkside of warpstone abuse after a calamitous accident at the postoffice where his father used to work.
His mind totally overcome by the horror of seeing his father crushed beneath heaps and loads of letters for skaven claus and the warpstone bunny, Gnaw would wander the streets of skavenblight for weeks at a time, only kept aloft by a steady abuse of warpstone and illegit herbal tea, his mind darkened and withered untill there was nothing left but pure darkness!
Approached by a wrinkled midget in robes, one dark and moonless night, he was drafted for the blood bowl league and was properly named Darth Gnaw!
