It took ages to get him to learn how to throw or take a block, insisting on taking his own road, building up speed, strength and coordination. It made him a phenomenal talent on the field, but brought some close calls over time too.
Finally apparently lacking anything better to do he's toughened up a little, only time will tell if he'll continue to follow the plan, or go his own way.
But as far and away the team's best ball handler there's only so much one can do.
