He was offered the promotion to 2nd Lieutenant, but didn't accept the offer. He is a man of the streets and wants to stay there. Being 3rd in Command means more time wrinting reports and making time schedules for the Privates. In his oppinion that is a waste of time, why not patrol the streets for criminals. He is respected and well known to take good care of the men serving under him, he is like a father to his squad. They need it, they are assigned to The Shades, the most criminal and evil area of Aldorf. His men are though and used to seeing things not meant for man to see. He has been in the watch all his life and always been a fan of Bloodbowl. He never played it before Vimes wanted him to and has shown a big talent for the game.
He is used as a Runningback and linebacker but in dire situations and in case of injurys he had a pretty good arm to fire a pass of. His main job on the team is really more a locker room leader and moral booster as he usually uses all his playing time supporting his team-mates in blocks and covering for ball carriers.
