Anja is as skilled as every other average catcher out there, but she doesn't beleive enough in herself, and therefore has a tendency to fail. Though, she is on the team's roster, because it would seem the coach and captain beleives in her, even if she doesnt herself.
In her first match, her hand got smashed by a fan throwing a rock at her, leaving her crippled quite permanently.
Rumor has it, that she will be off the roster as soon as the coach finds a proper replacement.
