Roger was the worst producer on the team during the qualifying round, accounting for nothing more than three blocks in as many games, a bpg matched only by the three lost halflings, yet he inexplicably earned the MVP in his second match. To be fair, all three blocks came in that game. He sat the bench for much of game 1 and was carted off the field early in game 3 after he was injured dodging away from some slaves.
