He played all matches since the beginning. He watched the team grow, he watched the moves, then he realised he wouldn't be good as player, seeing as he didn't contribute anything to the team, during any match, while he was on the field. But as he was pretty amazing at figuring out strategies, he chose to become an assistant coach.
