The two friends Quintero and The Brute were common mobsters working for the Red Dragon mafia syndicate, but in Blood Bowl no regards are taken to previous positions. The former grunts are now high profile players for the Gothenburg Gangstas, the experience from their lives as collectors making them excellent blitzers.
Quintero and the Brute were sentenced to death row for a series of charges including murder, arson, kidnapping and extortion and taking their chances in the team saved their necks from the noose.
The Albion Regional Challenge 12/07 almost proved the end for the deadly duo, when Brutus was saved from the clutches of death by the apothecary and Quintero was crippled by the opponents. Sadly Quintero's injuries couldn't be mended so the Brute had to continue by himself from then on.
