*** Khres is the third-most scoring Dwarf in Fumbbl history *** (obviously not any more :P but he was at one point)
*** Khres has managed to accomplish just about every feat a Blood Bowl player can, such as completing passes, intercepting balls and injuring opponents severely ***
In the original warband, Khres had the role of scout and runner, due to his speed. When Jherai later turned the Band of the Beard into Beards'R'Us, one of his first actions was to make sure Khres would play for him. Beginning as a talented, yet sort-of-average runner, Khres soon developed into a scoring monster, able to move through crowds, usually by teaming up with a mate or two and simply pushing his way through. If the situation calls for it, he is quite able to dodge around the more tiresome opponents.
While the position as scout was an honourable one, Khres has nonetheless taken the Slayer Oath, after he one fateful evening lost a drinking contest to a Dwarf lad of a mere 70 years. Unable to bear the shame, Khres then signed up for messenger to an outlying outpost, which was where he later came into contact with Jherai and the warband.
Despite having taken the Slayer oath, Khres is usually very even-tempered and controlled, a characteristic which did little for his honour. Unable to bear the shame, and to make a statement, Khres has wowed to never use armour of any kind, and so he takes to the field in regular clothing. While this allows him to outrun elves at times, it does mean that if someone manage to knock him over, he is quite likely to be carried off on a stretcher. To counter this, he has not only built up his strength, he has also perfected the art of blocking and dodging, so that few but the luckiest of opponents can knock him over in a straight fight.
Khres was at one point the third-most scoring dwarf in Fumbbl history, and he has managed to complete passes, cause casualties and intercept opponents' passes at times. Naturally he has also on occasion been chosen as the most valuable player, and there are very few things left to accomplish for Khres - except an honourable death in combat, of course.
