Being unusually charismatic for an Orc, Snotter earned the badge of Team Captain for the B3. Had this been a normal orc society, he would be dethroned quicker then you could say "Snot!". However, nobody wants to mess with Butt, and if you mess with the Head Coach, your most certainly messing with Butt.
And even the thickest Black Orc has to admit that all the teef the coach (commonly reffered to as "Da Big Bad Boss") bring to the team is real sweet.
