Redback Pale is brewed from both malted wheat and malted barley, and a blend of Saaz and Pride of Ringwood hops. Pride of Ringwood is added at the beginning of the boil for bitterness, Saaz hops are added close to the end of the boil for a subtle fresh hop aroma. It is fermented using a special strain of yeast ideally suited to this style of wheat beer.
Redback Cloudy is unfiltered and unpasteurised so there will be an intense spicy yeast and fruity character apparent in the aroma and on the palate.
