<b> A Gobbos tale </b>

Game #1 : <i>Is feeling a bit under the weather at the moment. Had the opportunity to score the winning touchdown vs Lizards, but the coach ordered him to give it to a Blitzer instead. "Why wont they love me?" he asks himself... </i>

Game #2 : <i>"What happened? I heard the crowd chanting my name, and I distinctly heard my teammates say "Lets do dis fer Gobbla" and "Dis is fer Gobbla, you stinker!"" Little Gobbla had a very exciting game to say the least. First he scored the important first goal. Then late in the game, he started blocking. And how he blocked! Twice he knocked down the same catcher, and the 2:nd time he actually KILLED him! But before he could actually enjoy his moment in the sun he got blocked into the crowd and everything went black. 2 hours later he woke up in the Redaxe Stadiums recovery room. His head hurt like hell. He was a lone in a big bed and was just gonna get up, when he felt his leg was frozen stiff. He couldnt move! He ripped off the blanket that covered him and saw his right leg was in a big plaster. "Oh no, they broke my leg" he thought. But then he took a closer look at the plaster. "Gerroff ya bed soon, ya leizy bum! /Da ladz" Gobblas eyes watered. "They DO love me after all!" </i>

Game #3 : <i> "But i feel much better now Doc, please let me play? The guys miss me, see here on my plaster!" Despite all his efforts, Gobbla had to stay in bed, watching the slaughter of the Halflings on Cabalvision. </i>

Game #4 : <i> "Whats wrong? Its like the guys dont even see me here! No passes, nothing! Even tried to block something to death, no luck today though. Got the wind knocked out of me a couple of times. They treat me like.... like.... like a gobbo again. Curses! All my efforts for nothing!" </i>

Game #5 : <i> Bah! What is this? The whole first half is over, and I havent even touched the pitch yet! Why cant i play coach? What? Because were on defence? And were facing Dwarfs? And they would do what to me? Ok... But ill show them beardies in the second half. *mutters* WOHOOO, did you see that coach, I scored the winner! Strange, i can almost feel how much better i got all of a sudden. I promise you coach, i wont drop the ball any more!!! </i> <b>EDIT : Gobbla earned the Catch skill after the game </b>

Game #6 : <i> That´s more like it! Sure, on defence the coach still hasnt seen my potential, but surely there must be a lace even on defence for someone small and fast? I mean not everyone can be a Black Orc, that would spell disaster! I hope Basha didnt hear me, he was EVIL in this game, killed one of the other tribes Orcs, and crippled another. Speaking of cripple, that new Blitzer, only known as "Da Krippla" is fast. Very fast! I must begin my sprinting training, otherwice they might use him instead of me! </i>

Game #7 : <i> What a game! We met dwarves, and boy where they angry! They kicked several of our player when they were downed, even right before the final whistle. Poor old Krozeiz broke his jaw and wont play next week. And "Da Krippla" fell early in first half. We won by 1-0, and I scored the TD! The coach had me stall for 3 turns, and just when a VERY angry Longbeard was about to send me to my maker i slipped between his legs and scored the winner. I wonder why dwarves are so angry at us? Could have something to do with raiding their strongholds, looting, burning and killing everything we see. But i dont know... </i>
