Phil " Lucky" Lariano was veteran quarterback that knew how to hit his catchers in stride. A team leader and an excellent role model, Phil attributed his success and high passer rating to clean living, which enhances his perfect eyesight. When going for the pass, he's willing to thread the needle.
Unfortunately, nagging injuries and a a deilitating injury left him fighting for his life on the occasions he could take the pitch. With great sadness the Phoenix Rising Stars declined to sign him again as a player, but a place was made for him on the coaching staff. Phil takes great joy in passing on his game knowledge to young passers as part of the teams offensive coaching staff.
