Not too quick but extraordinarily nimble. As a young boy, Hog learned to avoid trouble without having to leggit all the time. Unfortunately that wasn't quite enough when Dok Noggin and a few orderlies brought out the nets.
Hog had been camping out in the dumpsters behind the asylum kitchen and sneaking into the supply-room every few nights for almost a month before he was caught. The quick-fix of electro-shock therapy didn't really agree with Hogs psyche, so he was quickly admitted on a permanent basis.
It seems Hog's been falling back to old sins, as he was recently caught helping himself to Dok's personal stash of Dooze-orf Fungus. Hog's been transferred back to the Orcham Asylum intensve care unit for extensive (and probably experimental) behaviour modification therapy.
It's not known when he'll be rejoining the team...
