Why on earth did I heal this player, who is not realy that spectacular, and just might age on his next skill? Simply to save this team, that I am quite fond of. Without him the team would have been down to only 8 players (including a niggler) at that time.
It has worked, cause the team was rebuilded swiftly.
EDIT: Alister played in 8 more games after his healing, none of which were lost. He then aged on his 4th skill, and got sacked. To bad, but not realy any regrets.
