Vlad van Zookeeperiovich, the Butcher of Neverheard, Impaler of Shish-Kebab, Lord of Unreachable Solitude, Director of Animal Farm, the Elder Vampire [insert the other 15 titles here]...decided that life in damp castles was too..well..damp and that it was simply too tedious to lure or hunt for fresh blood and money in the vicinity of his family home: Castle Unreachable Solitude.

Therefore he decided to enter Blood Bowl arena in order to lure willing fans to his teeth and to fund his pet project: The Friendly Petting Zoo - Animal Farm for the Whole Family (visitors last year: 52, including the 35 times Count van der Boy visited the farm in order to please his master and the one time when the rest of the team was offered free tickets to the zoo and were encouraged to pay a visit).

Before founding his own team he sponsored a necromantic team which he later sold to a group of investors from Igor's Medicals. While he still supports the Vlad's Pets it's more as a normal fan rather than in any managerial role.

In order to gain even more capital and blood he decided sponsor his own blood bowl team and let fresh blood willingly run to him - on the pitch in form of duped thralls, off the pitch..well...there's a reason there are so very few assistant coaches and cheerleaders around when Project Vlad is playing!
