In a nuclear explosion involved in the 50's it got mutated with a little girl and is a very pleasant sight for the un-pleasant. But is stationed somewhere under-ground near the home stadium of "Eat My Skin". Very talented skin-eater and famous for its home cooked meals. Yum! Yum!
