After being found unconscious outside of a bar surrounded by dismembered corpses, Johnny Locke plead not guilty by reason of mental defect. When asked what defect he meant, he responded "Amnesia". After it was pointed out that this was not an acceptable defect, he proceeded to use "Anger", "Felt like it" and finally after consulting with his lawyer, "Extreme Emotional Disturbance". When asked what provoked him, he said "Amnesia". Needless to say, it was a short trial.
