Head of the Space Warriors — a once peaceful ecological activism group that now relies on terrorism more violent than the local crime syndicates - "Twinkle" and her sons fight for the survival of the Ganymede (moon) Sea Rat, even if they have to release a genetically engineered virus called "Monkey Business" that will mutate all of Ganymede's human population into monkeys.

She's caught early on in the episode by Spike and Jet, but her sons blackmail the government of Ganymede with the threat of releasing "Monkey Business" to get rid of the bounty on her head. This move succeeds until Twinkle moves into hyperspace and releases the virus, only to have it trapped in hyperspace once the Gate is closed. Spike had sneaked a vial of the virus into Twinkle's pocket before she was transferred back to her ship, and it bursts open when the ship is locked in hyperspace.
