He never forgets anything, he's always on time, always up-to-date. The lopside for the Hellfishes is that Pirco treats Bloodbowl as a game and not as a job. The result is that he's full of enthusiasm, but he misses trainings, forgets the schemes, plays randomly. Everybody knows he puts effort in it, but his being always a second late on every quarterback's throw started to cause unrest in the locker-room. But Pirco, year after year, is always there.
