Syadho has returned to the team after the untimely demise of the dwarf "Babyface" Bronn. Originally a part of the starting team, Syadho got kicked off the team right before the team's first match, due to "Unsportsmanlike conduct" during the team's last training session before the game.
The episode, in which a hobgoblin (who didn't make the starting team, for obvious reasons) got his left kneecap and surrounding bonestructure smashed beyond repair, resulted in Syadho immidiately being banned from the team. Had the episode been incidental, the coach would most likely have allowed Syadho to stay on, but due to the nature of Syadho's blocking "technique", the coach could not allow him to stay.
The episode took place after Syadho had made a succesfull block against the unfortunate hobgoblin. The hobgoblin went down, without any injury to start with, but Syadho threw himself on top of the hobgoblin and began pounding him while shouting something about "checking the hobgoblin for anatomical weaknesses". A mass fight broke out, as the other hobgoblins tried to come to their comrade's aid. The other chaos dwarves joined in when they saw Syadho being outnumbered, and Hodor the minotaur joined in just for fun.
When the coach finally got everyone out of the way and down to where Syadho and the unfortunate hobgoblin was, he was greeted by the sight of Syadho clutching the now passed out hobgoblin's lower leg, while repeatedly smashing his forehead into the hobgoblin's knee.

Being headbutted in the knee repeatedly by a chaos dwarf is by default an unhealthy experience. The fact that Syadho has a cast iron plate nailed to his forehead does not make things better. It does make things more messy, though. When the coach finally pried Syadho away from the hobgoblin, it was clear that the hobgoblin would not be participating in BB ever again. The knee was thoroughly smashed, and shards of splintered bone was protruding from the flesh from multiple places. The sound of Syadho's iron forehead hitting the smashed knee has a remarkable similarity to the sound of a fist pounding a raw steak with a considerable amount of force.

Things have changed on the team, however. Bronn is dead, and the team is in dire need of a replacement. Syadho was ready, and after a private talk/fight with the coach, he was reunited with the rest of the team.
