Barry is a slow, plodding lineman for the Amazing Mediocres. Injured with a broken leg, Barry soon healed and got back to doing what he does best. Keeping the line of scrimmage free so the blitzers and other stars of the team can do what they do. Barry's job is rather demanding and fraught with danger. Death could be just around the corner. Barry has gathered a small but vocal fan base.
<b>[[Game 14]]</b>
During the first round SMACK tournament game, Barry learned he doesn't need to be so fast to remain on the team. Taking a page from Smasher Benny's book, he taught himself the ways of the elves.
<b>[[Game 16]]</b>
Though he spent most of the game in the injured box, Barry signed some autographs and earned himself the MVP. He now leads the team with MVPs, numbering 4.
<b>[[Game 19]]</b>
Barry's career came to an end on his 18th game played and 19th for the team. An opposing human blitzer bent Barry over backwards, breaking his femur and ending his short stint as a lineman for the Amazing Mediocres. The head coach reportedly told the apothecary to treat the injury, but Barry refused. He told reporters after the game he wants to retire a living man. He has moved to an assistant coach position, working with linemen.

Barry's hold on the team lead for MVPs was broken by Lucid Pimping, another lineman, who has brought home five. When asked to comment, the Mediocres' assistant coach stated he was glad Lucid has gotten five MVPs, but still insists the Aussie can't block worth a damn.
