Considered by most to be the worst player on the Amazing Mediocres, Matt Tokes, who goes by Mox Lotus Channel, regularly finds himself on the line of scrimmage or in the dugout, waiting for someone to get injured so he can play. Most fans boo the poor guy. His heart just isn't always in the game. He'd rather be playing Magic the Gathering.

[[Game 13]]
Max Lotus Channel finally scored some SPP with an MVP that was handed out over a tie against an ogre team. Rumors have floated around that Matt Tokes' father, James, paid to have his son receive the MVP so people would stop talking bad about his son.

[[Game 15]]
A poor performance during a win, Max Lotus Channel had three chances to complete a pass, and he failed on each one. The head coach has told reporters not to expect him to play much anymore.

[[Game 17]]
In his best performance ever, Max Lotus Channel killed one wood elf and seriously injured another on his way towards a Larson, the first human lineman to perform such a feat.

[[Game 22]]
After devoting himself to the game of blood bowl, Matt Tokes, AKA Mox Lotus Channel, had to retire due to injuries. He has received a good pension from the Mediocres, enough to keep him up to date on MtG sets for years to come.
