Formerly known as Nigel Gaffer, Dante Edge changed his name to emulate his hero coach when he turned eighteen, much to the consternation of the Gaffer family. They were all aghast he would pick someone who coaches in such a vicious "sport" as blood bowl, but it didn't stop there. Dante decided he wanted to play the demanding sport as well, but his skills were so limited that no team signed him. No team, except for the Amazing Mediocres.

Dante came to an unfortunate end at the hands of an undead dirty player. He had always hoped to become a dirty player after his hero, but fate is cruel. He know plays as a zombie for the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=222216">Schmerztal Darkbones</a>.

It's been reported that the zombie that was Dante Edge has also met death, though as to how, it is unknown.
