It is unbelievable that he is one of the two original members of the team who participated in each and every game from the beginning on, but still refuses to progress.

This gave him such a push that it seems his increased self confidence resulted in better blocking skills.

Only one game later he got seriously injured and since then suffers from a niggling handicap.
That was reason enough to retire him.
